Business Analyst
Job Type: Full time
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex
Business Analyst will be the liaison between the technology team and the finance lead. Will be responsible for writing technology requirements that allow the software engineers to write code based upon an extremely detailed set of instructions. Will have to hold the technology team responsible for deliverables and project timelines. This position is extremely vital to the team’s success and will require a technology background to be considered. Finance background would be very helpful.
Responsibilities:- Work directly with product owner on gathering requirements
- Lead in writing user stories/user features for the product
- Communicate effectively with engineers regarding user stories
- Lead/facilitate business requirement documentation, sprint grooming from both process and data perspectives
- Lead in release backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Co-Lead the sprint review from business requirements perspective
- Report on work as well as Agile adoption progress
- Identify, communicate, and manage risks to ensure successful project execution
- Meet agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner
- 2-3 years of industry experience
- Experience with Agile concepts
- Detail oriented, problem solver, self-starter proactively engages with various situations
- Solid understanding and hands on experience of SDLC and project management methodologies
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to transform abstract concepts into well-defined user stories
- Finance background – big plus

Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Type: Full time
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex or Remote
Quality Assurance Engineer will focus on the development and execution of test cases which will validate the functionality and usability of the applications. In addition, they will provide test metrics and address any issues and concerns which may affect project schedule to the engineering team.
Responsibilities:- Perform functional testing, including regression testing, integration testing, and API testing
- Report and track software bugs
- Provide test status and raise issues and potential risks to the engineering team
- Create project test plans
- Document test cases, as well as the results of the test cases
- Attend project/team meetings and contribute feedback based on testing results and status on project deliverables
- Assist in setting up and executing UAT testing
- Manage testing efforts across varies projects and tasks under tight deadlines and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Meet agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner
- Organize, plan, and report with accuracy on the progress of testing as well as the readiness to deploy via test management tool such as Rally
- Demo the functionality to the product owner and the engineering team
- 2-3 years of industry experience
- Detail orientated, problem solver, self-starter proactively engages with various situations
- Experience in testing new products a big plus
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Agile concepts and SDLC methodology
- Good understanding of Rally

UI/UX Designer
Job Type: Project-based contract
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex
UI/UX Designer will guide and deliver the visual brand strategy for the company. They will provide wireframes to the front-end engineering team. In addition, they will be able to use their creativity to deliver the best user experience.
Responsibilities:- Create multiple wireframes demonstrating alternative solutions to product requirements
- Deliver clean, functional, and responsive to customer designs
- Work closely with the engineering team and the business analyst to deliver user friendly concepts
- Apply the most recent technology trends
- Bridge the gap between customer expectations and business objectives
- Define user flows applying task-oriented and user-centered concepts
- Translate strategic business objectives into creative solutions
- Brainstorm ideas on creative, execution, and overall brand
- Help to develop user friendly web applications with great user experience and interactivity
- 2-3 years of industry experience
- Solid understanding of the principles behind user experience, web navigation, user habits, current design trends, cross-browser, and platform compatibility issues
- Experience with Agile concepts and SDLC methodology
- Knowledge of visual design principles including typography, color, and icon development
- Financial industry background would be a bonus
